What are the equity splits and waterfalls?
Class A investors will be paid first their 10% preferred return during the hold; any unpaid pref will be caught up at sale or refi. Class A investors don’t participate in the profits once we sell the asset.
For Class B investors, any profits (at sale) above their 7% preferred return will be split 70/30, with 70% going to investors and 30% to RSN.
For Class C investors, any profits (at sale) above their 8% preferred return will be split 80/20, with 80% going to investors and 20% going to RSN. There are no additional waterfalls or hurdles on this project.
Can non-accredited investors participate in this offering?
Unfortunately not. This offering is set up as a 506(c) with the SEC. Accredited investors only.
